I was very happy when I got a group for micro teaching in PETA. I was very happy, because I could work together with Ika Siti Utami, Trisna Budi Djasiman and Nurul Brilliani. They are very good learners and I could studied with them about it.
We prepared everything that we needed for Micro Teaching, start from Lesson Plan until we made presentation in front of class. We made role play as teachers especially as team teaching. We also divided job for all, but we made Lesson Plan together because we thought that work together would made us understood each others.
When I took the number, our group got number 6. So, it meant we had many opportunities to make good presentation. We started to practice in SL 2 and many people saw us. Suddenly, Andri 2010 section D came to us, she wanted to be our student and we practiced that we were real teachers. Andri also acted as student who came late and disturb other students. We also implemented our knowledge in UET to handle student like her. It was so amazing we could combine our lesson between PETA and UET. We know we still have much weakness in teaching, but we especially me always study more about management classes, multiple intelligent, and teaching methodologies.
I think role play or micro teaching can help us as teachers’ candidate to understand more about teaching and have many experiences with teaching practice. I also want to say thank for my lecturers in SSE and my teachers in my school before who teach and share their knowledge to me, because I know as a teacher is not easy, but I believe that I can be a good teacher if I want to care about knowledge, issues in education and have a passion to improve my mindset about teaching. First all good teachers will be exist if we want to practice more.

Hey Ella, how was your last Teaching Experience? What's the difference between your real teaching and this micro teaching?
You know me so well lah, hahahhah
When I tough in the real teaching (in SMAN 43) huf....it was different because the students is real students and they have difference characteristic, but in micro teaching it is like role play and the students it self is our friends and they are very smart as students and also we respect each other.
when I tough real students ,ufh...they are very strange, because they asked me anything about the meaning of word in English
like : SARAP, SAWAN, and Ompong....they tested my knowledge..ya,,, I said "Do you bring your dictionary?", "where is your dictionary?", or
"Please, open your dictionary?", but they did not bring their dictionary....
Oh..my Goodness,,,terbersit sih pikiran..."What do their bring in the school?",,,
And they force me to answer their question..
Yaaa,, I said..What do you mean SARAP?
SARAP = GIla miss,,
Oh Gila equal to Crazy, and what is sawan in Bahasa?,,
Sawan = kaget miss,
Ok Kaget = Terkejut and we can say Surprise..
and ompong = toothless.
