This week my friends and I had a task. It is about micro teaching. After we made a lesson plan, then we have to practice it. In the lesson plan, the things that must be included are the objective (level of students), topic of material, standard competence , basic competence and the activities. We have known how to do that, but the most important thing is we can conduct a class based on what we plan. The first time I knew about lesson plan is when I was senior high school, usually called RPP in Bahasa. I used to typed RPP for my aunt. I felt so bored to do that even just type it, I could not imagine if I could make one. Now, I am used to make it as practicing before I go to the real life of teaching and learning.
We had to perform our lesson plan in group in 20 minutes maximum. I was in one group with Nurlelah, Budi Trisna and Nurul Biliani. They are cooperative, creative and active. The topic that we came up with was Public speaking. We have well prepared from the lesson plan, teaching aids and dress in microteaching. This task will help us in school experience next week.
All of us could perform the best. We have known the teaching methods and have used in micro teacing. the thing is for me it is still difficult to choose which method that will be suitable for this topic and this topic. M friends and I had decide one method, that was Group interaction but we could not see that it was really group interaction because of the limited time.
Honestly, I still can not understand clearly about models of instruction. In the other hand, I am familiar with teaching methods that is learned in language teaching methodology. I think the most important thing is knowing the suitable method for our students. According to me, in teaching we must prepare all the things. When we are ready for using tools like computer, we must be ready for the back up data, the connection and also the cable. It will be serious problem if we ignore that. Using teaching aids also will help us to get students’ attention easily.
It is all my reflection for this week, I hope we all are ready for teaching assistant next week and be the new generation of high technology teachers.

I think the hard time for teacher is preparing the class... that really.... tired... hopefully I can get used to this...
and I'd like to know about... does it hard for you to stick on the lesson plan while teaching? because for me it is not quite easy... so what do you say?

Can you suggest us what kind of activities are the best so that we can ensure every students understand without we ask to them one by one?
