Classroom is a place which consists of multicultural students. It cannot be predict to have a homogeneity class. Well, homogeneity here means that every student has the same characteristic to others. Even, for example in Madrasah. It is mandatory for every student must be Muslim, but how about tribes? Family income?. Furthermore, every student has his/her learning style, skill and also what we call as multiple intelligence.
Teachers should consider about students’ multiple intelligence. It impact student`s learning style and also learning strategy that have been discuss in Language Teaching Methodology. Based on this phenomenon, teacher should design a learning process that is suitable for students. It is impossible to create such a lesson plan, one for each student. So, teachers should combine the instruction in conduct a class.
Start from creating lesson plan, teacher should include some kinds activity that relate to students’ learning style, but still focus on the objectivity of the lesson itself. Generally, lesson plan consist of :
· Goal(s) or Objective(s)
· Instructional strategies
· Teaching and Learning Material
· Assessment method(s)
Teachers will have much consideration in making lesson plan. For instance, in the classroom teacher will teach about report text. Imagine that if the teacher gives the material through reading, whereas there are some students are not good in verbal. As the result, the material is not delivered well to the whole students. It will impact the objective of the lesson.
Another consideration is about assessment. Assessing students through paper and pencil is not valid at all. Assessment is about collecting information about students through learning process. Teacher should think about traditional and alternative assessment in deciding the assessment methods. As we may know being a teacher is not such as easy thing to do.
In creating activity, teacher also need to think about multicultural students relate to multiple intelligence. For Instance, teacher divides the class in to some groups to do assignment. Teacher has to make sure that every student will contribute. It is not easy. That is why we as teacher candidate have to know any kind of cooperative learning. Again, teacher task behind the teaching and learning process is more complicate than the teaching process itself. Many consideration that teacher cannot leave to be an effective teacher who make effective teaching and learning.

By wrote this passage do you mean as a teacher we should explain the material for a session in various way (more than one method) But is that possible due to the limited of time? I'd like to know that.... Thank you...n.n

I have no idea but , I think some teachers still miss the MI consideration and learning style also .

Well... actually I think it kind of impossible to give explanation in various ways in one session... Because the limited of time.. But it possible to design activity which cover (almost) all student's need...n.n
ika, my student (after having multiple intelligences test) is good in musical intelligence, despite fully I (as her teacher) has low in musical intelligence. at first I conducted some activities which is assumed can make students who have high musical intelligence feel interesting. thus, it make me "be in the mire". do you have any idea how to deal with it?
ika, we should consider with our multiple intelligences...it is very difficult, isn't it?
