            As we know that teachers are called professional, if they make preparation before they come to class to teach their students. Teachers have many responsibilities, they do not just teach in the class but they have to handle students, make preparation, and etc. They spend 80% for preparation; making lesson plan, and others activities that they want to do in the class and 20% is teaching in the class room.

            I think making preparation before come to class is the most important for teachers, because we can predict our teaching or situation in the class. Maybe we often ask to our self “Lesson Plan? What for? What are the advantages for teachers and students?”  Hallo…guys Please deh, you have to know that Lesson Plan have much advantages for all in education. For teachers, it will help teachers to know how to teach students, and it like a structure or rule for teachers. We can focus to the materials and we know our reason, our standard or basic competition and our objectives in teaching. We also know our materials or tools wee need to support our teaching.

            For students they will get more advantages in their study, because of their teachers. The teachers who make lesson plan they can manage their time and their teaching. So, students will understand more the materials, because their teachers know what will they do in the classroom and make effective teaching for their students.

            We have to know that governments also ask all teachers in Indonesia to make lesson plan, and government will ask them to submit it every year. So please, do not judge that governments do not care with our education. Honestly, this is our job to care with our education to make Indonesia be better than before. Together we can make difference, guys :-)
