Creating A Creative Teaching Model Interaction, Make A Better Learning Process

            In the third Session of PETA lesson, I learn about model of interaction in teaching process. There are several techniques of interaction than can be applied in teaching and learning process. They are Lecture discussion model, Guided discovery, Direct Instruction, and Group interaction.

            The first is Lecture discussion model, in this model teacher combine between lecturing and discussion. It means that the teacher have time to giving the understanding first about the lesson that the students are going to learn, and after that teacher will give time for the students to do discussion. So, every student has their opportunity to share their mind inside the discussion.

            The second is Guided discovery model, in this model teacher act as facilitator that provide stimulus for the students. By this stimulus students can create their own creative and critical thinking, so they can explore more about the topic by themself.

            The third is direct instruction model, in this model teacher act as the information provider. Actually this method is very effective in giving a basic knowledge about one topic.

            And the last is Group interaction, in this model teacher gives opportunity to the students to work in a group, and teacher act as the controller of the discussion. It means teacher have a big role to guide the students to find the goal of the discussion.
