Effective Teacher and Teaching

Teacher is just a term of the type of work, which also may be less popular when compared with other types of work. Everyone can become a teacher only by teaching or sharing with others what we already know more than their first. But the truth is not that simple because not everyone can be an effective teacher and teach effectively so that what it conveys can be fully accepted well by their students.

In order to be an effective teacher there is some criteria must be met by teacher, such as: motivation and passion as a teacher, especially a good teacher. It is expected that teachers carry out their work with pleasure and sincerity. Another thing that became effective teacher criterion is that teacher can motivate students to learn. This is necessary because if students are not willing to learn, the learning objectives will not be achieved. The important thing is that teachers must use various methods of teaching and the teacher understands enough about the students want and how their learning styles. Effective teachers are expected to be sensitive to what is required of students in teaching and learning so that students would prefer to learn with the teacher.

Effective teachers must be supported by an effective way of teaching. The characteristics of effective teaching such as: teacher should good in classroom and the time management. Teachers should be able to monitor all situations and conditions that occur in the class to create a comfortable atmosphere in the classroom and motivate students to learn.  Teachers who teach with fun and easily understood by students and experts in the field of science are also the conditions that support of an effective way to teach.

Now it is expected that many teachers are included in an effective teacher and teach effectively so that education can be more advanced and capable of creating a successful generation.
