My second e-reflection about PETA-Planning for Instruction          
Well, this is the second time of the PETA’s class session. As I hoped in the last e-reflection, I wanted to watch a movie which was related to the topic of the course. Now, it happens. I feel so fun and joyful when in the beginning of the course, the lecturer gives me an interested movie. The movie is related to topic which is going to discuss. The topic is about planning for instruction in which I am going to learn about teacher professional knowledge and lesson plan. It is really amazing for me because I can know how to make some lesson plan in the teaching and learning process. Besides, also I am going to learn about Bloom’s Taxonomy. All of those materials will increase my understanding about how to develop our strategies in teaching and learning process.
            As a good teacher candidate I have to have many more knowledge for my students. I also have to really understand about how to make the lesson plan in English language teaching. By using the lesson plan, the process of the teaching and learning will be more effective and efficient. There are some parts of the lesson plan, for examples I should consider about the basic competence, standard competency, indicator, objectives, time, teaching aids and topic of the materials, assignments, assessment and games. I also must be able  to transfer the knowledge to the students well.
            As a candidate of teacher, I hope I can make the class becomes alive and I do not make the students get bored. That is why I have to more understand to the condition of the class. I do believe that by using games and good strategies, I can change the condition of the class becomes conducive and joyful. The strategies which are used should be various for example, galleries walk, differentiated instructions, suggestopedia, audio-lingual, silent way, and so on. By using all those strategies I do believe that teaching and learning process will work well.
            Every lecturer has their own ways. It also happens with PETA’s lecturer. As usual in the end of her slide presentation, there are always some wise words. Those are awesome. those make me more understand how to be a good teacher. I think it is enough about my second e-reflection today. I am looking forward for the next meeting.

jang, i wanna ask you? as new generation of teacher what do you think about Bloooms' taxonomy? is it the way to become an effective teacher?

Jang, I love the way you reflect yourself.
your reflection is very sharp, you compare with your whole your live.

But any way, there are some grammatical errors. you use simple present tense for all, but the situation is in past form. Isn't it?
